Simon Rickard
LCP Executive Officer
Simon has been with the SE LLEN for since October 2004. He has been the SE LLEN programs manager and SBNA consultant for a period of 12 months before moving over to the LCP in his current position. He holds a Masters Degree in Community Development, a Bachelors Degree in International Development, and Diplomas in Business & Resort Management. He also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Simon is also a fully qualified recreational and technical SCUBA diving instructor.
Alex Palazzolo
Community Partnerships Coordinator
Alex joined SE LLEN in December 2006 as a Community Partnerships Coordinator. Alex’s background includes 20 years working with Dandenong Basketball Association as the Head coach of the Dandenong Rangers Women’s National League Team, Youth Development Manager, Basketball Manager, Elite Programs Manager, Maketing and Sponsorship Manager and General Manager.
Charmaine D’Souza
LCP Coordinator- VETiS
Charmaine started with SE LLEN in March 2006. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with over 15 years experience in Business Administration. Previously worked with SE LLEN on casual basis. Also employed with South African Consulate, German Business Group Dubai Port Authorities & the Thyssen Group.
Danielle West
LCP Coordinator- Career Pathways
Danielle joined SE LLEN in May 2006 as a LCP Coordinator. She has been in the Employment and Training industry for 7 years and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Cert III in Business Administration. She is currently completing Certificate IV in Community Services.
