The Career & Transitions Support Network is a peer support & development network for professionals working with young people on pathway planning and transitions within education, training & employment.
The meetings include Hot Topics, Workshops, Case Studies, resource sharing, local information sharing and updates from DEECD.
Meetings are held at the SE LLEN Office, 3.45pm for coffee, 4pm - 5:15pm meeting.
