The MRC Youth Team is holding Youth Leadership Course over three sessions covering: Session 1 - Leadership - leadership styles, what is a good leader, effective listening, responsibilities of leaders including governance and other legal / administrative responsibilities, conflict resolution. Session 2 - Fundraising - grants (applying for grants) and financial management (budgeting, record keeping) Session 3 - Event management - fundraising events and community events/activities
